Leather
Keep it cool, dry and away from heat. Spot clean gently and let a specialist handle the rest.
Delicates
Go gentle. Hand wash or use a mesh bag on a delicate cycle. Air between wears and always check the label.
Denim
Wash less, wear more. Spot clean, air out, and always wash inside out to keep the character alive.
Outerwear
Dry naturally, refresh with water-repellent spray, and only wash when you really need to.
Underwear & Swimwear
Wash at 40°C in a mesh bag. Rinse swimwear in cold water after every dip.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return by logging into your account, heading to “My Account,” and selecting “Orders.” Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they’re unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed once your item passes quality checks and will be issued to your original payment method (excluding delivery costs) within 7–14 business days. Alternatively, you may receive a gift card or online coupon.

We ship all orders from our SA warehouse using trusted carriers like Courier Guy. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, with dispatch typically within 24–48 hours.
