Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return by logging into your account, heading to “My Account,” and selecting “Orders.” Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they’re unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed once your item passes quality checks and will be issued to your original payment method (excluding delivery costs) within 7–14 business days. Alternatively, you may receive a gift card or online coupon.

We ship all orders from our SA warehouse using trusted carriers like Courier Guy. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, with dispatch typically within 24–48 hours.
