Delivery
We will acknowledge receipt of your order without delay by sending a confirmation email from our Customer Care centre.
There will be a free delivery charge for purchases over R3000. Any purchases under R3000 will be charged a flat delivery fee.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product.
This might be because the product is out of stock, unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified or if the order is not in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) issued by banks as well as payment via SnapScan and Payflex.
Payment must be made before goods are dispatched to you.
You will be debited once you have placed your order and it has been accepted by us. We will inform you by email once the products have been dispatched.
If your payment cannot be processed for any reason (including, for example, stopped payment, refusal by the issuer of the card), your order will be cancelled and the contract with you will end immediately.
We will inform you of the above in writing.
Please note delivery will generally take between 3-7 working days. orders placed on weekend will only be processed the following working day.
We will endeavour to ensure the courier meets the delivery deadline but cannot guarantee every order meets the timeline. The courier services are a third party entity.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will notify you to contact our Client Service team in order to arrange an alternative delivery date. Please ensure every effort is made to ensure that you are comfortable with the delivery address and or person responsible for collecting the parcel. We take no responsibility with regards to any loss or damage due to the negligence of the person allocated to collect the goods on your behalf.
If there is any damage or concern with regards to the delivery of the goods please inform us in writing (customercare@scotchandsoda.co.za) within 24 hours of the actual delivery date in the case of damage or concern.
